Marriage & Family Therapist Psychotherapist

Ring is a dedicated marriage and family therapist and psychotherapist, with personal experience as a mother of two daughters. She draws on both her professional expertise and real-life insights to support families in overcoming challenges. In addition to therapy, she leads workshops and talks at schools and organizations, focusing on enhancing family bonds, strengthening marriages, and fostering personal growth.

Marriage and Family Therapy

Ring primarily utilizes the Structural and Bowen systemic approaches, the Gottman Method for couples, and the Prepare and Enrich couple assessment. When appropriate, she may integrate Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative Therapy to best support her clients.

Psychotherapy

Ring predominantly uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and/or Art Therapy, often interagating these with Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) from a systemic perspective, depending on the client’s needs.
