Family therapy, also known as marriage and family therapy, focuses on understanding marital and family issues through a systemic perspective, exploring how individuals and their relationships are interconnected.
 

As an experienced family therapist, Ring helps clients examine their interpersonal relationships with their family members, peers or working colleagues. She would facilitate the clients to understand themselves and their interactional dynamcis from new and insightful perspectives.
 

For those preparing for marriage, Ring strongly recommends pre-marital counselling to build a solid foundation.
